Learn moreLake Wales, Florida · Central Florida / the I-4 corridor
Lake Wales sits south of our Lakeland yard on the historic citrus Ridge -- home to Bok Tower Gardens, Spook Hill and a genuinely well-preserved 1920s-era downtown.

Lake Wales was first incorporated as a town on May 28, 1917 and became a city in 1925, established a few years earlier by the Lake Wales Land Company. The city takes its name from nearby Lake Wailes -- the lake keeps the original spelling while the city itself simplified it to "Wales," a small but real local quirk. Its best-known landmark is Bok Tower Gardens, just north of the city -- a 205-foot Gothic Revival bell tower and National Historic Landmark, developed in the 1920s and dedicated in 1929, sitting atop Iron Mountain, one of the highest points on the Florida peninsula. Downtown Lake Wales preserves genuine 1920s Florida land-boom architecture anchored by the historic Dixie Walesbilt Hotel, and the city is also home to Spook Hill, a well-known gravity-hill optical illusion, and the site of the now-closed but well-remembered Chalet Suzanne inn, notable in its day for its own private airstrip. The City of Lake Wales maintains its own dedicated Right of Way (ROW) Permit process and its own Chapter 17 solid waste ordinance.
Historic homes near Lake Wales' 1920s-era downtown keep our Residential Dumpster Rental and Construction Dumpster Rental crews busy with careful, older-home renovation work, while properties around Bok Tower Gardens and the wider Ridge citrus country generate real demand for Yard Waste Dumpster Rental alongside everyday Roll-Off Dumpster Rental for remodels across the rest of the city.

Why Us
Same reasons homeowners and contractors across Lakeland and Polk County call us for every job.
You reach a real Lakeland team, not a national dispatch queue. The person who answers knows which Polk County streets a loaded roll-off can actually turn onto and which local rules apply that day.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal rolled into one flat-rate price based on the size you book, the debris type and how long you keep it. If something would push you over, we tell you before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Call early and most Lakeland and Polk County orders go out the same or next day. Live jobsite swap-outs get priority over everything else on the schedule.
Founder & CEO Gregory Ashworth and the Seyward Bros Dumpster Rental Polk County team coordinate every delivery out of our 515 Mabel Ave yard — not a national dispatch desk. We know which Polk County roads a loaded roll-off can actually reach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. We will talk you into the smaller can if that is the honest answer for your job.
Metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet and clean concrete all get routed for recovery instead of buried wherever's easiest — we will tell you what has to come out of the box before it ever reaches the scale.
Talk to a real person
Call (863) 457-3737 and we will size it, price it flat-rate and give you a delivery time on the same call. Lake Wales is a drive south of our Mabel Ave yard, out onto the Ridge, so same-day is usually on the table.

Answers
Same-day is realistic on most weekday calls -- Lake Wales is a regular stop on our route south out of Lakeland. Call early and we'll confirm a firm delivery window.
On your own driveway or lot, generally no. The City of Lake Wales maintains its own dedicated Right of Way (ROW) Permit process -- a container placed in a public street or right-of-way is a question for the city rather than something we can confirm on your behalf.
Regularly. Our drivers are used to the older streets around downtown Lake Wales and the Bok Tower Gardens area -- describe your access when you call and we'll plan placement around it.
