Learn moreHaines City, Florida · Central Florida / the I-4 corridor
Haines City sits northeast of our Lakeland yard and is, by every account, the fastest-growing of the communities we serve -- new construction here is close to constant.

Haines City was incorporated as a town on February 23, 1914 and reincorporated as a city on January 5, 1925, originally known as "Clay Cut" before being renamed to honor railroad official Colonel Henry Haines in order to secure a rail station for the growing settlement. The city has a real theme-park history -- it was once home to Circus World, which operated from 1974 to 1986, and later Boardwalk and Baseball, which closed in 1990 -- both long gone today, but a genuine piece of local color. What defines Haines City now is growth: population estimates vary widely by source, ranging from the mid-30,000s to more than 40,000 residents, but every estimate agrees Haines City is growing faster than any other city in our service area, driven in large part by its proximity to the Four Corners area near Orlando. The city publishes its own "Standard Construction Details and Right-of-Way Permits" guidance for anyone placing a container in a public street.
That much sustained new-home and commercial construction means our Construction Dumpster Rental and Roll-Off Dumpster Rental services stay busy across Haines City's newer subdivisions and build sites, alongside Same-Day Dumpster Rental for active jobsites that can't afford to wait on a delivery, and steady Residential Dumpster Rental for the everyday cleanouts that come with a fast-growing city.

Why Us
Same reasons homeowners and contractors across Lakeland and Polk County call us for every job.
You reach a real Lakeland team, not a national dispatch queue. The person who answers knows which Polk County streets a loaded roll-off can actually turn onto and which local rules apply that day.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal rolled into one flat-rate price based on the size you book, the debris type and how long you keep it. If something would push you over, we tell you before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Call early and most Lakeland and Polk County orders go out the same or next day. Live jobsite swap-outs get priority over everything else on the schedule.
Founder & CEO Gregory Ashworth and the Seyward Bros Dumpster Rental Polk County team coordinate every delivery out of our 515 Mabel Ave yard — not a national dispatch desk. We know which Polk County roads a loaded roll-off can actually reach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. We will talk you into the smaller can if that is the honest answer for your job.
Metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet and clean concrete all get routed for recovery instead of buried wherever's easiest — we will tell you what has to come out of the box before it ever reaches the scale.
Talk to a real person
Call (863) 457-3737 and we will size it, price it flat-rate and give you a delivery time on the same call. Haines City is a drive northeast of our Mabel Ave yard, out toward the Four Corners area, so same-day is usually on the table.

Answers
Same-day is realistic on most weekday calls -- Haines City is a regular stop on our route northeast out of Lakeland. Call early and we'll confirm a firm delivery window.
On your own driveway or lot, generally no. Haines City publishes its own "Standard Construction Details and Right-of-Way Permits" guidance -- a container placed in a public street or right-of-way is a question for the city rather than something we can confirm on your behalf.
Yes -- Construction Dumpster Rental and Roll-Off Dumpster Rental both work well for active jobsites, and Same-Day Dumpster Rental covers swap-outs when a build schedule shifts. Call with your project timeline and we'll set up a schedule that matches it.
